Here are recipes that I’ve evolved/perfected/nicked/wrecked and want to share.
There’s always an eye for the best value for money, of course!
Lots of my recipes are attempts at things I’ve remembered eating (filtered through an aging brain), so are probably nothing like the recipe I’m trying to reproduce. For example, I can’t get anywhere near how I remember my mum’s Piccalilli tasted, but probably because I’m remembering it all wrong.
